Before your scheduled Design Dates, you’ll need to provide your website copy, images, branding, and style guide. Don’t worry - we’ll guide and support you through each step to make sure you have what you need.

Please note: All materials must be submitted before your design date. If they are not received on time, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited and your project will need to be rescheduled with new dates.

For creative businesses that aren’t focused on courses or memberships, we also build websites on Showit. Showit is a beautifully flexible, design-forward platform that’s easy to use and makes future edits simple.We provide tutorial videos so you can confidently manage your site after launch.

To get started, you’ll need to have a branding kit, a domain name, and either a Kajabi or Showit account.

We’ll go over all of these details together during our initial call.

If you don’t yet have branding in place, we offer a Basic Branding Kit for $500. This includes a custom color palette, font selections, favicon, and design elements to give your website a cohesive look and feel.

If you’re planning to use Kajabi, here’s a link to access a 30-day free trial (the standard is only 14 days). We recommend signing up close to your design date, so you’ll have plenty of time to build and make edits before the subscription begins.

We understand that life happens and sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you’re not ready with your content, branding, or materials by your scheduled Design Date, we’ll simply reschedule you for the next available spot in our calendar and a reschedule fee will be charged.

To make the most of your Design Date, we’ll provide clear guidance in advance on what you’ll need to prepare, and we’re here to support you along the way so you feel confident and ready.
